The Personalized Coaching Process

It’s quite simple.
1. First, you set up an appointment with me, and you "show up" by calling me from the comfort of wherever you are. On this call, we talk about what is going well and what’s not working for you. If you are local to Boulder, CO, we can meet at my office.

There might be something that you’re not seeing, or an underlying belief or internal barrier that is preventing you from seeing your situation clearly and therefore resolving it. On the flip side, you may be clear in direction, but not in the how-two of execution.  Your well-trained coach can can offer you the perspective that might be the key to your breakthrough. This could take several sessions or just one.

2. After the initial call, I send you a welcome packet of questionnaires for you to fill out and we schedule our initial “foundational discovery” meeting, which is a  two hour meeting so that your coach understands you and your situation  clearly so that we can work together to create a crystal clear plan using your vision and set challenging goals that will serve you best.

3. Then we begin coaching over the phone where we typically talk once a week, three times a month. These are intensive, focused talks that are 40 minutes in length. We discuss your challenges, your wins for the week, what you’re learning and anything else you’d like to address on the calls. You’ll be surprised how much ground we can cover in this time! Again it only takes that one A-ha moment to shatter existing beliefs and habits that can launch you toward success and make it all worth the entire journey.
